Who We are

ANGAZA SINGER

The group originated in 2011 within the Kisumu National Polytechnic Seventh Day-Adventist Group, formerly under the Central Nyanza Field (now Central Nyanza Conference) within the West Kenya Union Conference. Since its inception, the group has grown to encompass 26 dedicated Adventist singing members.

With a rich history rooted in faith and musical excellence, Angaza Singers is dedicated to spreading The Third Angels’ Message to every corner of the world.

Mission:

To spread the Gospel message of  love, hope, and salvation through the ministry of music, uplifting souls and inspiring hearts to draw closer to God. In alignment with the Seventh-day Adventist Church's mission, we aim to proclaim the Three Angels' Messages to every nation, tribe, language, and people, preparing them for the soon return of Jesus Christ.

Vision:

As representatives of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Angaza Singers envision a world where people from all walks of life are drawn to Christ through the power of music. We aspire to be a beacon of light, shining God's love into the darkness, touching hearts, transforming lives, and fostering unity among believers. With dedication, excellence, and humility, we strive to fulfill our mission, glorifying God and edifying His church until the day of His glorious return.

Achievements

Mission Crusades:

Angaza Singers have actively participated in numerous mission-oriented crusades organized by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Their dedicated involvement has led to the establishment of Sabbath schools and churches, such as Voice of Hope in Kitale, City of Hope in Kisumu, and many others, spreading the gospel and nurturing spiritual growth in communities across Kenya.

Music Productions: 

Angaza Singers have made significant contributions to the music ministry through the production of acclaimed volumes in both audio and video formats.

Community Engagements:

Angaza Singers actively engage in various community service initiatives aimed at making a positive impact on society. Some of their community engagement activities include:

City Cleaning Campaigns: 

The group has participated in city cleaning exercises in Kisumu, demonstrating their commitment to environmental conservation and promoting cleanliness within the community.

Prison Ministry: 

Angaza Singers regularly visit prisons to minister to inmates, offering spiritual support, encouragement, and hope to those incarcerated. Through their ministry, they seek to bring the message of redemption and transformation to individuals in correctional facilities.

Orphanage Visits: 

The group extends their love and support to orphanages by organizing visitations and activities for children in need. They provide companionship, mentorship, and material assistance to orphaned children, striving to brighten their lives and nurture their well-being.

Hospital and Home Visits: 

Angaza Singers demonstrate compassion and care by visiting the sick and elderly in hospitals and their homes. They offer prayers, comfort, and companionship to those facing health challenges, bringing hope and encouragement during difficult times.

Through these community engagement efforts, Angaza Singers exemplify the spirit of service and compassion, seeking to uplift and empower individuals and communities in need.
