1. Kwa nini twahangaikia, mambo ya ulimwengu huu.(Why worry about the things of this world?)
Yatuleteayo uchungu mwingi moyoni.(Yet they cause us great pain in our hearts)
Na kutuacha na makovu mengi.(And left us with many scars)
Wengine twakata tamaa, dhoruba nazo zatuandama.(Some of us give up, With storms following us)
Tumemsahau muumbaji wetu na kugeukia ulimwengu.(We have forgotten our creator and turned to the world)

Hawataogopa mabaya Bwana.( they shall fear no evil)
Maana wewe u pamoja nao. (For thou art with them)
Gongo lacko na fimbo latosha. (Your rod and your staff are enough)
